Fun in California

I had to put in a picture of the lights Mike did on our house. He didn't win the Home Owners Association prize though...you had to have bought the brightest lights and the biggest blow up ornaments to put on your lawn, driveway, roof, windows to win. You can ask Leah. She lived about 3 houses down from one of the houses that won. She didn't even have to turn on their house lights for the month of December...we should have taken a picture...oh well.

Jared on the zip line!

We went to visit the DeLanges after Christmas and the weather was great in CA compared to what we left in Reno which was a ton of snow! We went to the park before we left and we all loved playing at the park. Here's Alison and Eric trying to knock Marilyn off. Marilyn did a great job staying on!

Here's the zip line...I think we all gave it a try. Out of respect for others I won't put their picture up. We all looked quite silly, except for the kids.

I made it all the way to the end and didn't fall down despite wearing high heel shoes because I forgot tennis shoes. I didn't put the picture of me doing the zip line because I looked horrific!

GO JOSH!

Tire swings...can everyone say...throw up?!?!

Nate has to do everything his brothers do and he is not afraid of ANYTHING!

Christmas Morning

Nate is just too cute coming down the stairs! I love the innocence!

We had a great Christmas morning! It was fun to see the boys open up their presents.

They all were excited for Nate's bike...it snowed and snowed all day on Christmas so he didn't get to get out there and ride, but he used our house as his race track.

Jared thinks he is soo cool. He loves this hat that Aunt Leah gave him!

Finally Josh got his own video camera so he wouldn't play with ours.

Santa Claus is comin' to town!

Well look who it is!

I love Nate's expression! He is soo cute!

My boys weren't afraid of Santa. They loved it!

For those of you who know my family, know about the Santa that visits us...Here you can see Josh tell Santa who he reallly is!

My three monkeys! I am soo glad that I got to enjoy Christmas this year with my family!

Now here is someone who does NOT like Santa...if she only knew....reminds me of Taylor when she was 8 months. I love these kinds of pictures. My boys have never cried on Santa's lap!
Okay, so I had to add the picture of my boys with Taylor. This was in 2003. I love Kim's expression. Josh thinks it is quite funny and Jared is just waiting for anyone to take his picture. He's got the "say cheese" grin!

Aunt Cheryl!
These aren't my babies, but aren't they cute?
Ailee and Savannah!

Slacks, Shoes and Sledding

Josh is sooo skinny, he can fit in Jared's pants. Eat, Josh, Eat!

After we went bowling, Nate put on his church shoes and called them his bowling shoes..and, they are on the wrong feet of course!

Mike took all the snow from the driveway and put it in the center so he could make a jump for Jared to have fun on!
Who's this child's mother? Shouldn't he have on a helmet or something...stay tuned for more sledding...if it would only snow again.

Josh's Birthday - Double digits!!!

Josh Josh really wanted to help with his cake this year. It was lots of fun for him to want to be included. He had a great birthday with a homemade cake from me.

We asked Josh what he wanted to do for his birthday and he wanted to go bowling! So here's the family doing some more bowling. Mike actually beat everyone, but he had been there the day before for him company Christmas party, so he got lots of practice.
Too bad none of us broke 100.

Here's Jared getting a running head start. You have to watch out when he's bowling!

Here's Josh with the backwards throw. I think his even went into the alley next to us, but it was connected to our ball return, so we were okay!

Well, here's Josh's cake that I made. It was fun to decorate and Josh seemed to really like it. We are glad to still have our miracle baby even though he seems to act more and more like a regular boy!
